October 13, 2020The assembly came quickly. The plug was not the same 2 prong plug that was on the original one that is 25 years old. While trying to splice the 2 prong plug from the old unit to the new unit one of wires of the new fan came outvery easily and the fan is no longer usable. Going to have to return it.

March 7, 2017Replaced old fan motor with this item. Works perfectly. Keep in mind my existing exhaust fan is old so I had to utilize that mounting bracket to fit in the existing housing. Easy swap no problem. Great price. Will definitely buy from again.
