This bath fan has a precision balanced blower wheel, a decorative molded grille that will match any decor and the attachment for a 250-watt BR40 infrared heat lamp (not included). The unit comes equipped with a 70-CFM 3.5-sones motor that is custom-designed for bath fans and permanently lubricated so that it will not get louder over time. Galvanized steel housing on the fan is reinforced to resist humid conditions and changing attic temperatures.
