Customer Reviews For The USI Electric Motor Assembly Replacement Part for 70 CFM Bathroom Fans (BF-70MA)
Overall Rating
Product Reviews
I recently purchased the USI Electric BF-70MA Motor Assembly to repair a noisy, sluggish bathroom fan that was no longer clearing steam. I was thrilled to find this genuine replacement part because it saved me from the massive headache of tearing out the entire ceiling housing. The installation was incredibly simple; it truly is a "plug-and-play" swap that took less than fifteen minutes. Once installed, the difference was immediate. The fan is now remarkably quiet, and the 70 CFM airflow is powerful enough to keep my bathroom mirrors fog-free. It is a high-quality, cost-effective fix that restored my ventilation perfectly!
Worked well
The replacement fan fits like the new fan and works great.
