I recently purchased the USI Electric BFB-926 Bathroom Fan Replacement Blower Wheel to fix an aging unit that had become incredibly noisy. The 5-1/8 inch wheel is precision-balanced, which immediately eliminated the rattling and vibration that had been plaguing my bathroom for months. The USI Electric BFB-926 Lighting Fixture and Ceiling Fan Brace is a dual-purpose structure used to hang lighting fixtures and ceiling fans securely between joists. Designed for new installations, this steel hanger bar has adjustable joist spacing that ranges from 16-inches to 24-inches. The kit includes high-strength hardened screws for secure mounting and (1) steel electrical box with a wiring capacity of 16 cubic inches. Weight limitations on the brace include 70-pounds for ceiling fans and 110-pounds for lighting fixtures. All mounting hardware and easy-to-follow instructions are included for a quick installation.
