I was unable to find this product, in this size, at all the common home improvement stores. I was happy to find it at this site for a reasonable cost and have it delivered so quickly. We own rental property and will now have a source to find items that we can't find through the local route.
USI Electric Square Grille Assembly Replacement Part (BFSGR)
Looking for a modern replacement? While the BFSGR is discontinued, many users upgrade to our newer universal white grilles for a refreshed look.
Product Detailed Description
The USI Electric BFSGR Square Grille Assembly Replacement Part is designed to restore the aesthetic and functional integrity of your bathroom exhaust fan. Over time, plastic grilles can become brittle, discolored, or cracked due to constant exposure to steam and humidity. Replacing a damaged grille is the simplest way to refresh your bathroom's appearance without replacing the entire ventilation unit.
This square grille assembly is engineered for a precise fit with specific USI Electric bath fan housings. Its louvered design is optimized to allow maximum airflow while concealing the internal motor and housing components. By maintaining a clean, unobstructed grille, you ensure that your fan continues to effectively extract moist air, preventing the accumulation of mold and mildew in your living space.

Maintenance & Installation Tips
To install the BFSGR Grille, simply squeeze the metal torsion springs on the back of the assembly and insert them into the slots located inside the fan housing. Once released, the springs will pull the grille tight against the ceiling for a flush, professional finish.
Cleaning Tip: To maintain optimal ventilation, we recommend removing the grille every six months and washing it with mild soap and water to remove dust and lint buildup. A clean grille reduces the strain on your fan motor and improves overall air quality.
